Phil Hanson is set to join AF Corse’s #83 Ferrari 499P next season, switching to AF Corse from Hertz Team Jota.
The former LMP3 and LMP2 champion and 2020 Le Mans 24 Hours LMP2 class winner will try out the car during the WEC Rookie Test on Sunday.
DSC expects Phil to replace Robert Shwartzman who is set to switch to IndyCar with Prema in 2025. Yifei ye is set to return in the #83 with the team also keen to retain Robert Kubica for a second season.
