HRT Reveal Liveries & Crews For NLS & N24 Campaign With New Ford Mustangs

HRT Ford Performance is set for its first competitive outing with the Ford Mustang GT3 this coming weekend in the opening race of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS).

Switching from Mercedes AMG the team has undertaken a an intensive testing aprogramme with the Mustang and will line up with two cars that will take on the 70th ADAC Westfalenfahrt (NLS1) in the SP9 Pro class.

The #2 Ford Mustang GT3 will be driven by Nico Bastian, Arjun Maini, Dennis Olsen and three-time 24h Nürburgring winner Frank Stippler. The #2 car features the blue and yellow colours of team partner RAVENOL.

HRT’s #6 Ford Mustang GT3 sees four drivers returning to HRT in the NLS: Dennis Fetzer, Jusuf Owega, David Schumacher and Dirk Müller. The #6 also features RAVENOL backing but with the yellow and blue reversed.

Haupt Racing Team retains its YOKOHAMA ADVAN tyre partnership for the NLS.

The first of ten races on this year’s NLS calendar starts on Saturday, 22 March, at 12:00 CET. The teams traditionally use the first three NLS events as preparation for the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring (21/22 June). Two further four-hour races will take place on 24 and 25 May as part of the ADAC 24h Qualifiers.
