Inter Europol Reveals Crews For Two-Car Daytona 24 Assault

Inter Europol Competition will open its 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship campaign with a two-car LMP2 assault on the Rolex 24 at Daytona, marking an expansion of the Polish-flagged squad’s North American ambitions.

The team arrives with a pair of driver line-ups that bring together its established prototype core, high-level factory experience and young talent.

The full-season IMSA trio of Tom Dillmann, Jeremy Clarke and Bijoy Garg anchors the #43 ORECA, joined for the Rolex 24 by Alpine factory driver António Félix da Costa.

Dillmann returns following a busy dual ELMS/IMSA programme in 2025 and does so carrying the momentum of his 24 Hours of Le Mans victory with Inter Europol earlier this year. Clarke stays on after a quietly effective IMSA season, while Garg continues to build on the impression he made during a strong 2025 campaign.

Da Costa, a champion in Formula Renault, Formula 3 and Formula E,  reunites with the team after racing with the squad at Daytona last January.

He returns with unfinished business: “I am very very excited to have another go at this amazing race with this amazing team. Last year, we did everything right and retired the car from the lead with a technical issue, so going again together with my teammates gives me confidence we can be in contention for the win.”

Fresh from a standout season in ELMS and his second Le Mans win with the team, Kuba Smiechowski heads the #343 effort.

He’s joined by Nick Cassidy, a Peugeot TotalEnergies factory driver in 2026. Nolan Siegel, now a McLaren IndyCar driver and Georgios Kolovos, who has experience in both Asian Le Mans and ELMS.

Cassidy, Siegel and Kolovos will also share Inter Europol machinery at the Asian Le Mans Series round in Sepang this weekend.

Siegel returns with renewed motivation:
“Daytona is one of my favorite races of the year, and I am very excited to be back. Sitting out for a year made me hungrier than ever to come back to IMSA and fight for a Rolex.

“This is a race win that I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and going into it with this team and driver lineup is going to give us a good shot at it.”

Team boss Sascha Fassbender says the step up to two cars at Daytona comes with high expectations.

“This will be our first time running two cars at Daytona, and we have two very strong lineups that should both be capable of fighting for the win. The team is well prepared for the 24-hour challenge, and I’m really looking forward to this new chapter for Inter Europol Competition.”
