As predicted at the opening round at Fuji, the Asian LMS have announced an improved 17 car entry for next weekend’s second round at Sepang.
The addition of Algarve Pro Racing’s #25 Ligier Nissan adds a third LMP2 entry to the existing Oreca duo of Eurasia and Race Performance. Richard Bradley, as planned, joins Eurasia’s line-up replacing Fuji stand-in Tristan Gommendy.
There’s no addition to the three car LMP3 line-up though Alex Kapadia bolsters the #88 Team AAI Adess 03 line-up.
The CN class makes its season debut in Sepang with a two car entry from Avelon Formula and Atlantic Racing, both teams fielding a Wolf GB08 apiece with Ivan Bellarosa forming part of the Avelon line-up.
Fairuz Fauzy replaces Pierre Kaffer in the ARC Bratislava Audi in the otherwise unchanged 7 car GT class entry whilst Absolute Racing add a second car to the GT Am entry with an Audi R8 LMS Cup car listed with a TBA driving squad.
