Strakka Racing have confirmed they have signed Brazilian V8 Stock Car driver, and 2016 champion, Felipe Fraga for the Paul Ricard Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup round.
Fraga will be piloting an all-PRO Mercedes AMG GT3 alongside ex-DTM drivers Christian Vietoris and Adrien Tambay.
Another all-PRO car will be driven by 2013 Blancpain Endurance Series Champion Maxi Buhk, who will partner fellow Mercedes-AMG works driver, Max Götz and 2017 Strakka driver Alvaro Parente. The Pro-Am entry will be led by two-time Le Mans winner Nick Leventis, alongside highly rated Strakka driver Lewis Williamson and Chris Buncombe.
“It’s a great opportunity to be joining Strakka at Paul Ricard and I’m excited for my first assault in the Mercedes-AMG GT3,” Felipe commented. “I will give it my all and I hope to secure some great results for the team. I would like to thank Strakka for the opportunity.”
