More good news this morning for a blossoming GT entry in the 2019/20 Asian Le Mans Series as Astro Veloce Motorsport reveal that they will step up from national-level GT racing in their home market in China to take on the four-round Series with a pair of BMW M6 GT3s.
The Asian Le Mans series effort follows on from an effort in the Chinese Endurance Series for the team with mixed class BMW M3 GT3 and M4 GT4 effort.
BMW Works driver Jens Klingmann will headline one car alongside returning Series favourite Max Wiser and his Sepang 2019 driving partner Aven Qi.
The second car will be crewed by Dennis Zhang and Michael Lu. Dennis also has Asian Le Mans Series experience and both have plenty of GT3 mileage on their CVs.
The BMWs join the d’Station Aston Martin and Ferraris from Car Guy, Spirit of Race and HubAuto on the confirmed GT entry thus far.
