HTP Gravity Charouz has altered the line-up for one of its three Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 entered in the Baku World Challenge this weekend. Jan Stovicek will not race in Azerbaijan and will be replaced by Jarek Janis. As a result the #3 car will move into the Pro-Am category for this weekend.
The decision will not affect the Gentlemen Trophy standings, in which Petr Charouz and Jan Stovicek and HTP Gravity Charouz had already claimed the title. Janis, who acted as HTP Gravity Charouz team manager this season, brings a lot of experience to the team, having raced GT cars in the American Le Mans Series, European Le Mans Series and FIA GT with Scuderia Ecosse, Zakspeed and Spyker Squadron.
