AF Corse Announce ELMS Line-up

AF Corse will once again have a strong presence in the European Le Mans Series this year. The Italian team are set to run a total of six 458s across both GT classes while managing a further two teams in the series as they look to compete for class honours.

In the headlining GTE class, AF Corse have a competitive set of six drivers across their two entries. Piergiuseppe Perazzini, Marco Cioci will join Michael Lyons in the #54 458. While the #55 will see a trio of Duncan Cameron, Matt Griffin and Michele Rugolo behind the wheel.

In the GTC category meanwhile, the team will field a further four Ferrari 458 entries. Howard Blank, Yannick Mallegol and Jean Marc Bachelier will appear in the #62 Ferrari. The #63 will see a pairing of Mads Rasmussen and Dennis Lind while Per Nielsen, Christian Overgaard and Francesco Castellacci will race in the #64. And finally, the duo of Adrien De Leener and Cedric Sbirrazzuoli will drive the #95.

AF Corse will also be partnered with AT Racing and Formula Racing, taking a managerial role with the teams. AT Racing are entered in the GTE Class with their #56 458 Italia, and will have the father and son paring of Alexander Talkanitsa Senior and Alexander Talkanitsa Junior sharing with veteran German Pierre Kaffer.

Formula Racing will also feature a top GT driver for their 2014 GTC program. Danish factory Corvette driver Jan Magnussen will join John Laursen and Mikkel Mac in the #60.

The teams are set to hit the track for the first time in preparation for the season at Paul Ricard, for the official series test on April 1st.
