Ex ALMS stalwart Intersport team owner Jon Field has been sentenced to five months and seven days in prison and ordered to pay almost $175,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to tax evasion according to reports in local Ohio media.
Field, together with his brother Joel and two other business associates, has been under investigation for tax irregularities, his brother is to be sentenced at a later date and faces potentially an even longer prison sentence.
