The GT4 class-winning #73 Century Motorsport Ginetta of Anna Walewska and Nathan Freke was one of four cars excluded from the results of the British GT Championship round at Rockingham Motor Speedway today.
The reason for the #73’s was exclusion was overtaking under yellow flags during the race. Consequently, the #407 Beechdean AMR Vantage of Jordan Albert and Jake Bartholomew has been promoted to top spot in the class, with the #3 Lanan Racing Ginetta claiming the final spot.
Along with the GT4 winner, the #56 GT3 Tolman Motorsport and #75 GT4 RCIB Insurance Racing Ginettas were also excluded from the results for overtaking under yellows, while the #50 Optimum car, which didn’t finish the race, was handed the same fate for contact with the #5 PFL Motorsport Aston Martin.
