Race of Remembrance
The #19 Lotus Elise S2 of Peter Mansfield and Rob Boston took the win at the 2021 Race of remembrance at Anglesey Circuit on 13/14 November, the unique event which features a scheduled red flag period to accommodate a pit lane Service of Remembrance to commemorate those lost in conflicts worldwide.
The event operates in conjunction with Mission Motorsport, the charity established to support and rehabilitate servicemen and women whom have suffered physical or psychological trauma.
Once again several competing teams featured Mission Motorsport trainees both on their pit crews and in the driving seats with additional teams representing several arms of the UK military services also competing.
Class winners received new-for-2021 bespoke trophies with the overall winners awarded the new ‘Perseverance’ poppy trophy, all produced by Mission Motorsport Beneficiary Jack Taylor.

Redline Racing Test Lamborghini GT3
Team Redline Racing, long-time race and Championship winners in one-make Porsche competition look set to add a British GT Championship effort in 2022 with a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo.
A recent social media post showed the team’s newly acquired Lamborghini in testing and whilst 2020 British GT Champion Sandy Mitchell was pictured driving the car, it is understood that he is not set to form part of an already signed driver combo.
Motus One Duo Take Britcar Endurance Championship
Will Powell and Dave Scaramanga took their Moorgate Motorsport Finance McLaren 650S GT3 to its fourth overall and class victory in the final round of the Britcar Endurance Championship at Donington Park on 23 Oct to secure the duo the outright championship title.
The topsy turvy final weekend of the Championship saw the team running quickly throughout, dominating the class standings and doing enough to give the Mclaren yet another title in the now ‘classic’ 650S GT3s racing career.
