Rinaldi racing have confirmed the driver squads for both their GT3 and LMP3 efforts at next month’s Asian Le Mans Series, due to be held over two weekends, with two four-hour races apiece at Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.
The German team’s Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo 2 will be driven by Ferrari factory driver Davide Rigon, 2021 ELMS GTE Champion Rino Mastronardi and ELMS runner-up David Perel.
Rinaldi Racing finished third in the GT class last season, earning the team their first invitation to the 24 Hours of Le Mans (pictured top).
The LMP3 entry will see the Rinaldi Racing partnership with Wochenspiegel Team Monschau revived with the Duqueine D08 Nissan that had been prepped by Phoenix Racing in 2021 looked after in Asia by Rinaldio and crewed by Leonard Weiss, Hendrik Still and Torsten Kratz.
