Meyer Shank Racing have unveiled the livery set to adorn their new Acura ARX 06 GTP machine for the 2023 IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship.
The car is set to run at Daytona on Tuesday and Wednesday as part of the IMSA GTP (and GTD) test where all nine cars expected to form the 2023 Rolex 24 Hours class grid are expected together with examples of new and Evo GTD cars that are also set to join the IMSA season opener in January.
The car will be campaigned in 2023 by full season pairing Tom Blomqvist and Colin Braun with the enduro additions of Hello Castroneves and Simon Pagenaud.
Porsche Penske Motorsport have been early arrivals at Daytona International Speedway adding yet more miles to an already huge testing total, but arriving here with one brand new chassis between the two cars set to be fielded for the test, the new chassis destined for full season race service.
It’s also a first chance to see the two variations of team livery for the season on the #6 and #7 cars.
