Team WRT has revealed the seventh distinct livery which will adorn its #69 BMW M4 LMGT3 Evo in this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship, with the car set to run in the red and white BASF design at the 6 Hours of Barcelona later this month.
The scheme, which famously raced on the BMW M1 Procar in the 1980s, features distinctive circles designed to mimic the spiral mechanics of a cassette tape.
Although the scheme has not featured prominently in motorsport for several decades, BMW and BASF remain in a strategic partnership to this day.
Anthony McIntosh, Parker Thompson and Dan Harper will once again share the #69 BMW for the FIA WEC’s maiden event in Spain.
The 6 Hours of Barcelona will take place from 16th to 18th October 2026.
