The US-based Mustang Challenge single-make series for the Dark Horse R is set to return and grow in 2025.
Ford Performance announced the schedule for what will be its second campaign over the weekend, amid a hugely successful inaugural season which has attracted bumper grids.
The series, which is sanctioned by IMSA, will grow in 2025, with six rounds and 12 races, plus the addition of the non-points Invitational round at Circuit de la Sarthe in support of the Le Mans 24 Hours.
In addition to Le Mans, the series will visit three new circuits in the USA: VIR, Laguna Seca and Sebring, where the season will get underway. The venue for the final round of the season is still TBC at the time of writing.

- March 12-15: Sebring International Raceway
- May 9-11: WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca
- *June 12-14: Le Mans Invitational (non-championship points round)
- August 1-3: Road America
- August 22-24: VIRginia International Raceway
- September 5-7: Circuit of The Americas
- Final round to be announced
