Schumacher CLRT has revealed their line-up for the 2025 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, with a trio of Porsche contracted drivers set to share the #22 911 GT3.R (992) in the Pro class.
Ayhancan Güven and Laurin Heinrich are both returning from last season, with new signing Klaus Bachler replacing Dorian Boccolacci to complete the squad.
3x Endurance Cup race winner Bachler joins the team from Pure Rxcing, with whom he won the Bronze Cup title in 2023. Bachler enters the season in strong form, having won the GT title in the Asian Le Mans Series over the winter and the LMGT3 Drivers’ title in the FIA World Endurance Championship last year.
Bachler and Heinrich also compete together in the IMSA Sportscar Championship, where they drive AO Racing’s ‘Rexy’ Porsche in GTD PRO. The Monza and Barcelona Endurance Cup rounds are set to clash with the GTD PRO events at Detroit and Petit Le Mans respectively.
Schumacher CLRT showed plenty of pace in 2024, qualifying in the first five positions at all but one round, but they struggled to maintain this form during the races. A second-placed finish at the Nürburgring was the highlight of an otherwise difficult season.
The French outfit, alongside fellow Pro teams Rutronik Racing and Pure Rxcing, will be looking to end Porsche’s winless drought in Endurance Cup competition which dates back to the 2022 season finale.
The 2025 GT World Challenge Europe season begins with the Prologue next week at Circuit Paul Ricard on 10/11 March. The same venue will host the six-hour Endurance Cup season opener on 11-13 April.
