Alpine Launch A110 GT4+

Alpine has launched an upgraded version of their A110 GT4.

Dubbed the A110 GT4+ the updated car, still produced on behalf of Alpine by Signatech, has targeted reduced operating costs, and enhanced reliability.

The GT4+ model incorporates a series of new features, including the supercharging and cooling systems derived from the Rallye GT+ version. The gearbox spacer has been redesigned, while the carbon fibre airbox and larger front radiator bring improved temperature management.

Attention has also been paid to the exhaust and the various anti-lag and traction control systems. Lastly, a new atmospheric pressure adaptation system via the P atmo sensor now makes it possible to adapt to variations in altitude without adding ballast.

On the outside, the A110 GT4+ has undergone subtle changes including an openwork carbon fibre rear windscreen and a more robust front splitter made of natural fibres.

The GT4+ is the second seven year GT4 homologation for the A110 platform which has also produced the one-make track racing ‘Cup’ version and the Rallye, and Rallye+ cars.

The original GT4 car saw an Evo version launched in 2022 with attention paid at that point to the gearbox, turbo and engine block, the car taking its first FFSA GT title in 2023 and the GT4 European Series crown in 2024.

The GT4+ has already raced in the final round of the 2024 Ultimate Endurance GT Cup. Competing in a six-hour event at Circuit Paul Ricard, Jim Pla, Julien Gilbert, and Jean Mathieu Leandri dominated the race,.

The A110 GT4+ is available now for €220,000 excluding VAT. A kit to upgrade existing Alpine A110 GT4s and Alpine A110 GT4 Evos is also available for €34,000 excluding VAT.
