The 58-strong grid for the 10th running of the Road To Le Mans support races for the 24 Hours of Le Mans is now complete.
The latest version of the entry list, released today, shows all 58 cars cars, across the three classes for 2025, each with two drivers apiece now listed.
The first Road To Le Mans was held in 2016, with a single 55-minute race on the full 13.626 km Circuit des 24 Heures. Since 2017, two races have been held, with the 2025 races being extended to the full 60 minutes for both the races on Thursday, 12 June, and Saturday, 14 June, as a result of the switch to the new-for-2025 Toyota turbo V6 powertrains for the LMP3 cars.
It is the first time that Road To Le Mans has had three classes, LMP3, LMP3 Pro/Am and GT3.
LMP3
The LMP3 grid will feature 23 cars for Silver and Gold-rated drivers, with championship leaders CLX Motorsport running three cars in the class.
The #87 Ligier of MLMC championship leaders Alvise Rodella and Pierre Alexandre Provost, and the #97 Ligier of Cedric Oltramare and last year’s RTLM winner David Droux, who are currently second in the standings, will be joined by the #37 Ligier of ELMS LMP3 championship leaders Theodor Jensen and Adrien Closmenil, the Franco-Danish pairing having taken 52 points from the first two ELMS races.
The LMP3 grid features all four available chassis manufacturers with 15 Ligier JS P325s, five Duqueine D09s, two Adess AD25s, and a single Ginetta G61-LT-P325 EVO.
There are also a number of teams and drivers who are previous RTLM winners. Maximus Mayer won with MV2S in 2024, and this year he is racing with High Class Racing. Former MLMC champion Colin Noble won RTLM in 2021 with Nielsen Racing and returns with the team this year in their Adess.
DKR Engineering have won the RTLM on three occasions with Duqueine / Norma, while CLX Motorsport have also won three times under the COOL Racing banner. WTM by Rinaldi Racing won in 2024.
LMP3 Pro/Am
The LMP3 Pro/Am category will feature 20 cars with Stefan Aust and Felipe Fernandez-Laser in the #71 Rinaldi Racing Ligier leading the championship standings after two races.
The category will also now feature the very first RTLM winner, Thomas Laurent, who will be racing the #2 DKR Engineering Ginetta alongside Estonian Antti Ramo. Laurent won with DC Racing in 2016 with Alexandre Cougnaud, finishing 16 seconds ahead of Martin Brundle and Christian England in the United Autosports Ligier.
2019 RTLM GT3 winner Fabien Lavergne will be racing in the #88 R-Ace GP Duqueine alongside Ramano Ricci.
GT3
The GT3 grid features 15 entries with RTLM winning teams Ebimotors, AF Corse, Kessel Racing, Racing Spirit of Léman, and Team WRT all fielding cars.
2024 RTLM winner David Fumanelli will be with his 2025 Turkish teammate Murat Ruhi Çuhadaroglu in the #33 Kessel Racing Ferrari, and they will be trying to close the 8-point gap to championship leaders Rory Van Der Steur and Philipp Sager in the Le Castellet Round winning #11 Code Racing Development Aston Martin.
2018 RTLM GT3 winner Christoph Ulrich will be racing the #55 AF Corse Ferrari.
Regular IMSA racer Parker Thompson will join Tony Macintosh in the #59 Racing Spirit of Léman Aston Martin, whilst the sole McLaren in the race, the #15 720S Evo of Optimum Motorsport, will welcome Bradley Ellis and Nick Halstead.
The 2025 Road To Le Mans grid will also feature four female racers, with Léna Bühler in the #50 23Events Racing Ligier, the #83 Iron Dames Porsche of Vanina Ickx and Marta García Lopez, and the Team WRT BMW M4 featuring 2021 24H GT Series GT4 Champions Samantha Tan from Canada.
Qualifying for the 2025 Road To Le Mans will take place on Thursday, 12 June, followed by Race 1 later that day in the evening. Race 2 will take place on Saturda,y 14 June in the build-up to the 93rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which begins at 4 pm.
