In addition to sharing more about its 2027 Hypercar programme, Ford confirmed its 2026 FIA WEC LMGT3 driver line-ups tonight in Detroit at its season launch event.
The two-car effort from Proton Competition will be led by factory drivers Sebastian Priaulx and Logan Sargeant (featured). The duo, who Ford confirmed will compete with it in Hypercar in 2027, add full FIA WEC campaigns to their schedules in 2026.
Priaulx will race in the #77 Ford Mustang LMGT3 Evo alongside returnee Ben Tuck and Eric Powell, who drove with Ford customer team Dollahite Racing in GT World Challenge America last year.
For Priaulx, this adds to his IMSA Endurance Cup drive in GTD Pro with the Multimatic factory team and surprise new ELMS LMP2 programme, also with Proton.
Sargeant, meanwhile, joins the attack after an appearance at the Bahrain Rookie Test with the team in November. He will share the #88 Mustang LMGT3 with Italians Giammarco Levorato and Stefano Gattuso. Along with Dennis Olsen, they scored a season-high finish of second at Spa last year.
The three new names replace Olsen, Ben Barker and Bernardo Sousa from the 2025 Proton LMGT3 line-up.
