Mahiki Racing has confirmed Blake Angliss and Revie Lake, team owner Steven Lake’s son, in the team’s #84 McLaren Artura GT4 for the 2026 British GT Championship.
After switching from Lotus to Ginetta midway through last year, Mahiki has fully committed to the McLaren brand for 2026, aligning their sole GT4 entry with their two-car McLaren customer GT3 programme.
Angliss’s relationship with Mahiki began last year as the team’s reserve driver before he stepped into the driver’s seat at Spa-Francorchamps and earned his first pole position at the Donington Decider.
Sixteen-year-old Revie, whose father Steven is driving one of the team’s McLaren GT3 cars this season, is making his British GT debut after competing in Ginetta Juniors last year.
“It’s a real privilege to be joining Mahiki Racing in British GT,” said Revie.
“Sharing the car with Blake will be great fun, and together we’ll do our best to fight for the championship while enjoying the journey.
“Watching the team grow from nothing to where it is today has been incredible, and racing with them has been a dream of mine for a long time.”
Revie has the opportunity to become the youngest race winner in British GT history at just 16 years and 146 days old during the Silverstone 500 season-opener, scheduled for 25-26 April.
To claim the feat, he would need to beat Sandy Mitchell’s record of 16 years and 169 days.
“I’m really looking forward to running with Mahiki for a second year,” added Angliss.
“We ended last season on a high, and it feels natural to carry that momentum forward.
“Moving to McLaren, I believe we can really make the package work.
“Between Revie and myself, I think we’ll be a very strong pairing with the support of both the team and McLaren, giving us a solid foundation to build on throughout the season.”
