GT Sport has announced the provisional 2027 International GT Open calendar, which marks a return to the United Kingdom for the first time since 2019.
Silverstone then has regained ELMS, FIA WEC and now GT Open events in the past 2 years after substantial post-COVID and Brexit pauses.
The GT Open will visit eight European venues with Silverstone replacing Misano for next year.
The 2027 campaign begins, as usual, in Portimão on 11 April 2027 before the first of two 500-kilometre endurance races on the calendar on 2 May at Belgium’s Spa-Francorchamps.
GT Open then heads to Silverstone on 16 May before going to Germany’s famous Hockenheimring on 13 June.
On 4 July, the coveted Hungaroring event is followed by Circuit Paul Ricard on 18 July.
Monza hosts their 500-kilometre race on 13 September before the season finale at Barcelona-Catalunya on 10 October.
