The European Le Mans Series has announced an update to its 2027 calendar, with a change of date for the season closing 4 Hours of Portimão.
The sixth round of the 2027 season will now take place on Saturday 16th October 2026, as opposed to Saturday 2nd October.
The change has been made following an update to the event calendar at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, with the move ensuring the best possible conditions for the organisation of next year’s event. The Michelin Le Mans Cup and Ligier European Series have both confirmed that they too have made the same date change.
The other five dates on the 2027 ELMS schedule have gone unchanged.
The 2026 4 Hours of Portimão will take place in under three weeks time on Saturday 10th October 2026.
