Abt Motorsport has confirmed a multi-year extension to its partnership with Lamborghini, which will see the German outfit give the Temerario GT3 its 24 Hours of Nürburgring debut next year.
Abt Motorsport, which this season raced in the DTM with the Temerario GT3 and at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring with Lamborghini’s previous-generation Huracán GT3 Evo2, has announced an extended race programme for 2027 ahead of this weekend’s DTM season finale at the Hockenhiemring.
The multi-time DTM title-winning team will once again run a pair of Temerario GT3s in the German-based GT3 series, alongside competing at the Nordschleife with the car.
On top of this, Abt Motorsport will also compete in the GT Winter Series, and make its Lamborghini Super Trofeo debut with a two-car programme.
No drivers have been announced for any Abt’s 2027 programmes.
