Bernard Ollivier (Alpine’s Deputy General Director) announced over the summer that a competition version of the Renault-owned company’s forthcoming A110 roadgoing sportscar would be designed and sold by Signatech.
Ollivier also indicated that this version of the A110 (most probably a GT4 racer) would have its own one-make European Series in 2018 (as the Alpine GTA V6s did back in the 80s.
More details about the car and the championship should be unveiled in September.
