132 cars have been entered for this weekend’s ADAC 24H Qualifiers, including 37 GT3s in the top SP9 category.
The qualifiers, which also count towards the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, consist of a pair of four-hour races, with the entry offering a significant indication of who we can expect to make up what is expected to be a capacity, 150-car field at next month’s Nürburgring 24 Hours.
The SP9 field features nine manufacturers, with Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG and Porsche all represented.
Max Verstappen will make his second NLS appearance of 2026, sharing the #3 Mercedes-AMG Team Verstappen Racing AMG GT3 Evo with Lucas Auer.
The Winward Racing squad, which runs the car, will also field an entry under the Ravenol banner, whilst further Mercedes-AMGs come from SR Motorsport by Schnitzelalm, PROsport Racing, Toyo Tires with Ring Racing and KCMG.
Schubert Motorsport, winner of the most recent NLS race, will field its #77 M4 GT3 Evo for Charles Weerts and Ugo de Wilde, with Gamota Racing and defending Nürburgring 24 hours winner Rowe Racing also running M4s. Saugmotoren Motorsport, meanwhile, will race its Z4 GT3 for the first time.
11 Porsche 911 GT3 Rs (992.2) are entered, with a car each from Goroyan RT by Car Collection, Black Falcon Team EAE, Dunlop Motorsport, Lionspeed, Hankook Competition, Falken Motorsports, 48LOSCH Motorsport by Black Falcon, Dinamic GT, High Class Racing, Mühlner Motorsport and Manthey.
The Porsche contingent features multiple drivers who have been working on earning their Permit A in recent months. Kyle Tilley and 2024 BTCC drivers’ champion Jake Hill will race for Lionspeed GP, whilst Kerong Li, Anders Fjordbach and Hongli Ye line-up for High Class Racing.
Konrad Motorsport and Team Red Bull Abt have each entered a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2, whilst Scherer Sport PHX, KKrämer Racing, equine Vitesse and Juta Racing, the latter with two cars, will all represent Audi.
Walkenhorst Motorsport has entered three Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 Evos, with two additional Vantages coming from PROsport Racing.
Realize Kondo Racing by Rinaldi is Ferrari’s only representative, whilst Dörr Motorsport has entered a McLaren GT3 Evo, and HRT Ford Racing will field a pair of Mustang GT3 Evos as it looks to build on its podium finish from last weekend.
Elsewhere, the SP-X class will once again earn plenty of attention, as the BMW M3 Touring 24h and HWA Evo R both make their second appearances on the Nordschleife.
Another DTM legend has been added to HWA’s line-up, with 2012 drivers’ champion Bruno Spengler set to race the #61 machine this weekend.
The 2026 ADAC 24H Qualifiers will be held on 18th to 19th April 2026.
