Ferrari is set to move in to their new premises at Maranello which will see their entire racing department under one roof. The only department that will not be located here will be the aerodynamic department.
The facility is set to be officially opened sometime this summer and the entire work force will move in to it by September 1 at the latest. Upwards of 700 people will move in to the new 25,000 sq.m facility which will include a transient engine dyno and new simulator.
DSC sources have indicated that there is scope for additional and significant projects at the new facility from 2016 onward.
