With the overnight downpour at Silverstone causing major misting problems for the new Ginetta Nissan LMP3 this was the stop-gap solution employed by the Team LNT skunk works.
It helped the team get to an albeit delayed finish, the car’s first race on Dunlop rubber and more valuable running time under its wheels.
