The 2016 FIA WEC regulations will get their regular close scrutiny in the coming hours and days but one short sentence contained therein confirms that the Championship intends to repeat the successful one day LMP1 ‘Rookie Test on the day following the final race of the season at Bahrain International Circuit on 20 November.
