Circuit De La Sarthe Resurfacing Completed Last Week

Significant works have been taking place at the Circuit de la Sarthe.

The public road section (on the RD338) from Tertre Rouge Corner to the Antares roundabout (at the Hunaudières) was given a new top surface last week. Works were programmed to last four days.

A similar operation is expected next autumn for another public road section (on the RD339) going from the Arnage corner to the Porsche curves.

The combined budget for both projects totals half a million euros.

It is being financed once again by the Syndicat Mixte des 24 Heures du Mans – the public organisation in charge of managing large investments for the Circuit de la Sarthe.
