Pfaff Motorsports have confirmed the first details of a switch to Lamborghini for 2025.
Social Media posts from the Canadian squad confirm that a GTD Pro effort will be fielded at the season opening enduro with a trio of Lamborghini factory drivers: Marco Mapelli, Andrea Caldarelli and Jordan Pepper, joined by James Hinchcliffe.
The announcement effectively confirms too the departure from IMSA GTD/ GTD Pro competition from McLaren after Inception Racing switched late last season to Ferrari and Pfaff put their McLaren 720S GT3 Evo up for sale post season.
Pfaff therefore will replace Iron Lynx as the factory service provider in the GTD Pro class effort after the Italian team parted ways with Lamborghini after the 2024 season.
