Five-time Asian Le Mans Series champion Algarve Pro Racing has finalised its second crew for the upcoming season, with the signing of 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 winner Tom Dillmann.
The Frenchman will share the #25 ORECA 07 – Gibson with defending drivers’ champion Michael Jensen, and LMP2 debutant Enzo Trulli.
Dillmann made his first Asian Le Mans Series appearance in the 2023/24 campaign, racing for DKR Engineering, before moving to Proton Competition last season.
“I’m excited to be teaming up with Michael, Enzo and Algarve Pro Racing for the 2025-26 Asian Le Mans Series,” the 36-year-old said.
“The team has been super successful over its many years in Asia, so there’s every reason to expect us to be competitive. I will give my best as always, and we’ll see what we can achieve together.”
Trulli was confirmed to be joining Algarve Pro for the Asian Le Mans Series last month , following an extensive test programme with the team. Today’s announcement has confirmed which of the team’s cars the 20-year-old will feature in.
“I have been working with Algarve Pro for a year now, so I know them well,” Trulli said.
“I participated in the ELMS Rookie Test and have had plenty of laps at a wide array of circuits, trying race sims with a focus on traffic and tyre-management over a double stint, as I have only ever experienced sprint weekends.
“The aim is definitely to fight for the Asian Le Mans Series title, as the speed is there, we have a good line-up and a lot of support from the team. It won’t be easy because the entry is impressive, but I’m up for the challenge and will learn a lot from my experienced teammates.”
Bronze-rated Jensen is entering his second full LMP2 campaign, after winning the title with Algarve Pro on debut last season alongside Malthe Jakobsen and Valerio Rinicella. This year, the Dane competed in the LMP3 class of the European Le Mans Series, and also made his second start at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
“I am looking forward to returning to the Asian Le Mans Series with Algarve Pro Racing,” Jensen commented. “The team has a great track record as a five-time champion, and I have also had a lot of success in the series.
“I have had the pleasure of testing with Enzo, and I’m certain he will perform brilliantly, and Tom is a very fast and experienced driver who has achieved many great results. It is going to be tough with a total of 16 entries in LMP2, but we will give it our best.”
The #25 ORECA joins Algarve Pro Racing’s CrowdStrike-backed #4 entry, which will feature Jakobsen, George Kurtz and Louis Delétraz. The Portuguese outfit also has a third car entered, the #20 ORECA, with only Kriton Lentoudis named for this effort currently.
The 2025/26 Asian Le Mans Series begins at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysi,a from 12th to 14th December 2025, with a pair of four-hour races.
