Nielsen Racing has announced that Kriton Lentoudis will drive for the team in this year’s European Le Mans Series.
The 66-year-old will share its LMP2 Pro/Am-entered #27 ORECA 07 – Gibson with regular co-driver Alex Quinn, and a third driver to be announced.
Lentoudis, Peugeot Hypercar test driver Quinn and Cem Bolukbasi are currently competing in the Asian Le Mans Series with Nielsen, and sit fifth in the LMP2 drivers’ championship following last month’s opening round at Sepang.
The Greek racer made his ELMS debut in 2023, aboard an AF Corse Ferrari 488 GTE Evo, with a switch to Algarve Pro Racing and LMP2 Pro/Am competition the following year quickly bringing success.
Lentoudis and Quinn, joined by Richard Bradley in 2024 and Olli Caldwell last season, have won three races across the last two years with Algarve Pro in ELMS competition, narrowly missing out on the title on both occasions.
The 2026 European Le Mans Series begins at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on 10th to 12th April 2026.
