Motorsport Games and Studio 397 have issued an updated roadmap for Le Mans Ultimate, the official game of the FIA WEC.
The next update to the game, Version 1.2.3, is due to be released this month and will include new Hypercar tyres. This follows a significant update to tyres for the four other classes featured in-game, which added features such as wheel rim heating, which was released as part of December’s 1.2 update. This patch will also include BoP adjustments.
Version 1.3 is currently scheduled to be released towards the end of March. Exact details of this update will be announced at a later date, although it is likely to include the Duqueine D09 – Toyota LMP3 and Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the final content from the ELMS Season Pass.
The developers have also confirmed that the next 24 Hours of Le Mans online Test Event will be held from 27th February to 1st March 2026. Since the first run in November, multiple improvements have been made behind the scenes, including increasing the bandwidth on teams’ servers and adding the ability to reconfigure splits in case of a configuration error.
In the meantime, 4 Hour races are being held at Interlagos (Hypercar/LMGT3, 30th January to 1st February) and Bahrain Outer (LMP2/LMGT3, 13th to 15th February).
In the long-term, ongoing projects for Le Mans Ultimate included the development of a Career Mode, a console adaptation, and the return of the Le Mans Virtual Series.
