Comtoyou Enters All-Belgian Quartet For Spa 24H

2024 24 Hours of Spa winner Comtoyou Racing has announced that it will add an all-Belgian entry to its effort for this year’s race.

The #700 Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 Evo, which will compete in Pro/Am, will be raced by Nicolas Baert, Sarah Bovy, Xavier Knauf and Gregory Servais.

2022 Gold Cup class winner Bovy is returning to the race for the first time since 2023, for her eight appearance at her home event. Following the restructuring of the Iron Dames project for this year, this is the 36-year-old’s first confirmed drive of 2026.

“I wasn’t on the grid in 2024 or 2025, so I’m all the more delighted to have reached an agreement with Comtoyou Racing,” Bovy said.

“I’ve known the team for many years, especially [team principal] Jean-Michel Baert and [team director] François Verbist, and I’m really happy to be part of it. I was able to do a short test with the Aston Martin Vantage and I think I should feel quite comfortable behind the wheel.

“The project is fantastic since we’ll be an all-Belgian quartet. As I get along so well with my three teammates, I know we’re going to have a great time. What’s more, I think we’ll be a force to be reckoned with in our class.”

Baert has competed for the team in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup for the past three seasons, but has elected to focus on his DTM programme in 2026, with Spa currently set to be his only start in SRO competition this year.

Knauf and Servais, who make up the ‘Am’ contingent of the Pro/Am crew, have joined Comtoyou after piloting a HAAS RT Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II last year.

Knauf, Servais and Baert shared a Comtoyou-run Aston Martin at last weekend’s 12 Hours of Spa, a round of the 24H Series, as part of their preparation for June’s 24-hour race.

This preparation will continue next month at the official Prologue test on 19th to 20th May, before the 2026 24 Hours of Spa takes place on 25th to 28th June 2026.
