AF Corse is set to bring five Ferraris to the International GT Open in 2023, entering a mix of the brand new 296 GT3 and the older generation 488 GT3.
This continue’s AF Corse’s longstanding commitment to GT Open competition, as Amato Ferrari’s team has been present almost every year since the series’ inception, winning two Drivers’ titles, three Teams’ titles and 27 race victories, more than any other team.
While the team hasn’t revealed which driver pairings will drive a 296 this season, it has confirmed its set of 10 drivers for the season:
– Jean-Claude Saada (US) – Conrad Grunewald (US)
– Alessandro Cozzi (IT) – Giorgio Sernagiotto (IT)
– Marco Pulcini (IT) – Eddie Cheever (IT/US)
– Gino Forgione (CH) – Andrea Montermini (IT)
– Laurent de Meeûs (BE) – Jamie Stanley (GB)
The seven-round 2023 International GT Open season is set to get underway on the April 29th-30th weekend at Portimao.
