A 44-car entry list has been released for the second round of the 2025 European Le Mans Series at Paul Ricard next weekend.
There are only a few driver changes of note, with the list featuring an identical set of cars that took part in the season opener at Barcelona.
In the LMP2 Pro/Am class 2024 Le Mans 24 Hours overall winner Nicklas Nielsen is set to drive the #83 AF Corse ORECA, which won Round 1 overall. The Dane will race in place of Italian Alessio Rovera who is on GT World Challenge duties at Brands Hatch, alongside Francois Perrodo and Matthieu Vaxiviere.
LMGT3 also sees a switch between two Ferrari drivers, as Centenary Le Mans winner James Calado has been named against the #57 Kessel Racing Ferrari 296 with Ben Tuck and Takeshi Kimura.
The Briton, fresh from his victory in the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Imola, is standing in for Daniel Serra, who has a clashing Stock Car Pro Series commitment with Blau Motorsports at Interlagos on the same weekend.
The third and final change is the omission of Danish racer Sebastian Gravlund in LMP3. He competed with Eurointernational in Spain, but will miss Le Castellet, according to the list. The team’s #11 Ligier is now expected to be driven by two drivers, Fabien Michal and Ian Aguilera.
The 4 Hours of Le Castellet will take place on Sunday, May 4th.
