Kassulke Checks Out Of Hospital, But Ruled Out Of Hankook 24H Dubai

MARC Cars Australia driver and long-time Creventic series competitor Keith Kassulke has today checked out of hospital in Brisbane Australia.

Kassulke was involved in a vehicle fire whilst driving his Ascari GT3 car at a practice day at Phillip Island circuit in Victoria on October 13.

He suffered significant burns in the accident and spent nearly four weeks in the intensive care unit, followed by 5 weeks in the specialist burns ward. Kassulke will now continue his recovery from his home in Brisbane.

Whilst his condition has seen a remarkable improvement of late, he has unfortunately had to rule himself out of the 24H Dubai, and now switches his focus to being ready for round two of the Creventic series in Mugello Italy.

His No 91 MARC Focus V8 will take to the track at Dubai next month. A replacement driver is yet to be named.
