Ferrari customer team GR Racing has revealed its driver line-up for the 2026 European Le Mans Series.
Team owner Michael Wainwright will be joined by new signing Lorcan Hanafin and rookie Mex Jansen in the #86 Ferrari 296 LMGT3 Evo this season.
23-year-old Hanafin is set to race with his fourth different team in as many years in the ELMS’ GT ranks. The Briton is still chasing his first ELMS victory, but has claimed at least one podium finish in each of his previous campaigns.
Jansen enters the ELMS as the reigning GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup Silver drivers’ champion, a title he won aboard a Century Motorsport BMW M4 GT3 Evo. The 19-year-old is new to the Ferrari and has only raced front-engined cars so far in his GT3 career.
ACO stalwart Wainwright, meanwhile, is entering his third consecutive ELMS campaign, and fifth in total, as GR Racing looks to build a successful 2025 season. The British squad scored multiple podium finishes last year, and came agonisingly close to claiming its first race victory in over a decade at Silverstone.
The 2026 European Le Mans Series season begins at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Spain, on 10th to 12th April 2026.
